Clean and comfortable lodging. Had all the essentials. Quiet and close to store, coffee shop, restaurants, local brewery. Would stay again next time we are in the area.

Overall, we had a good stay. The space was exactly as described, very clean, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our trip. The location was convenient, and we appreciated how easy the parking was for our group. We loved walking down to the water and the many bars and restaurants in town.<br/>A few things to be aware of: the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, and the stairwell is fairly worn and may feel a bit sketchy at first. However, we never once felt unsafe. There is no central A/C, so the window units struggled to keep the apartment cool during the summer heatwave.<br/>Overall, if you're looking for a clean place in a great location with easy parking and responsive hosts, this is a solid option. Just be prepared for the stairs and the older building characteristics.

This was an awesome place! Waking up on the lake was incredible. There was a family of geese with a gosling that my toddler got to watch first thing in the morning. We checked for the geese every day. We watched boats and jet skis, looked at the birds, walked the neighborhood, and slept super peacefully every night. We definitely appreciated the included bug zappers at night! Nothing bit us, but there were tons of tiny moths and midges that would come in if you opened the door at night. It totally makes sense, being on the lake and all! (My toddler and I had fun looking at the moths anyway).<br/>The shower had great pressure and the laundry amenities were easy to use. <br/>Jeremy was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Thank you, Jeremy!

It was a beautiful home over looking the water. Couldn’t ask for better view. There was also pamphlets of some excellent local restaurants most in walking distance. I would definitely stay there again

A lovely stay for our family of 3 and our dog! The property is just a short walk or drive to the super cute Main St of Wakefield. Jeremy was a fantastic communicator and his property was just as described. We look forward to another visit!
