We’re a small team that started in Rhode Island, USA (our home state) with just a couple of rental properties and a simple goal: create the kinds of places we would actually want to stay in ourselves. Comfortable, welcoming, easy to settle into, and backed by people who genuinely care about the guest experience.
Over time, that passion grew beyond New England. What started as a few local rentals expanded into a collection of properties across Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Panama, and the Philippines. Today, we manage stays in beach towns, cities, and quiet neighborhoods around the world, but the approach behind them has stayed the same.
We believe good hospitality is less about luxury and more about reliability. Fast replies when you have a question. Flexibility when travel plans change. Local recommendations from people who actually know the area. A clean, comfortable place that feels taken care of when you arrive.
While our properties are spread across multiple countries, we’ve built local teams in every destination so guests always have support, both virtually and in person, whenever they need it. Some guests need help coordinating a late check-in. Others just want to know which beach is worth the walk or where locals actually eat. We make every stay feel personal, not transactional.
