Jeremy's place was perfect for our situation. The town is just cute, quaint, quiet area. Great coffee shop around the corner with a beautiful grassy area and Adirondack chairs to sit in and look out over the water. That was a gem to find!

Wonderful location, peaceful and quiet. We had such a great stay at Eni’s place. I would absolutely recommend and stay again myself if I’m ever in the area. Eni also has the most extensive Airbnb recommendation booklet that I have ever seen.

This place is a fantastic stay for couples looking for a private stay in San Juan. Away from the noise of hotels and resorts, you find a peaceful little apartment, hidden in the midst of San Juan. Excellent responsiveness from Jeremy as well, he has been very helpful with any questions we have had throughout our stay.

Nice place that worked well for 3 of us fishing for the week. Clean, comfortable beds, and the host was very communicative. The kitchen didn't have many things to effectively cook, but it seems newer and only has 2 chairs so that was a bit inconvenient but other than that no complaints.

Jeremy’s cottage was very nice. Plenty of space and bedrooms. The bathroom was clean and spacious. We felt right at home and very comfortable. All of the Newport attractions and recommend restaurants are a short drive from his cottage. The few times I contacted him he was very prompt in answering questions and was helpful. I would go back to Jeremy’s cabin again and would definitely recommend him. My only regret, that had nothing to do with Jeremy, was that I didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub because of the weather. Oh well maybe next time.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves and being right on the water was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, we could easily walk to great restaurants, grab ice cream, and explore the area without having to drive everywhere. It felt like the perfect beach getaway. We made so many great memories and were sad to leave. We already can't wait to come back next year!

The beds were great!  The neighbor was super good to us! Very limited things/ utensils for a kitchen and there's only two chairs for a dinner table and no outdoor fire pit, and no outdoor patio furniture/ picnic table, it need a grill. But overall for the price it worked just fine. I would stay there in a heartbeat again.

We had a nice stay at this lovely two-bedroom home in Portsmouth. The house was cute, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views that made it a relaxing place to unwind.

This is a cute little cottage. It had everything my family needed and was in a great location- walkable to both the water and local restaurants and a quick drive to Newport. Eni was an enthusiastic communicator and provided great recommendations for our travel itinerary.

We didn't travel very far from home to get to Jeremy's place, but it certainly felt like an escape! Our top criteria for this stay was being on the waterfront with good fishing, and boy did it deliver! My son spent nearly the entire time out on the dock catching bass, pickerel, bluegill and crappie. And for the non-angler (me), it was relaxing just being out by the water watching the wildlife. When we arrived on Sunday night, we were a little worried about the noise level-- there is a house right next door with quite a few boats and jet skis and they were having a party. But things quieted down by the next morning and the week was mostly peaceful. We liked it so much we even ended up extending our stay an extra night, and I expect we'll be back again soon.

My friends and I stayed for a weekend and had a great time! The place was perfect for our needs. The AC is not central so it was hot at times on the first floor but each bedroom had window AC’s which helped. The view from the deck was so beautiful and we spent a lot of time on our deck. The location was perfect and there was a ton for us to do!

This was an awesome place! Waking up on the lake was incredible. There was a family of geese with a gosling that my toddler got to watch first thing in the morning. We checked for the geese every day. We watched boats and jet skis, looked at the birds, walked the neighborhood, and slept super peacefully every night. We definitely appreciated the included bug zappers at night! Nothing bit us, but there were tons of tiny moths and midges that would come in if you opened the door at night. It totally makes sense, being on the lake and all! (My toddler and I had fun looking at the moths anyway). The shower had great pressure and the laundry amenities were easy to use. Jeremy was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Thank you, Jeremy!

Jeremy and his team were very responsive and made sure we were accommodated despite the water outage in San Juan. They went the extra mile for sure! Lack of maintenance. 4 person house 2 chair, not enough linens, termites in the house no chairs for the porch no fire pit . Bathroom door jam needs adjustment, for mica broken  by the heater ,dining table legs and chair legs need tightening bath exhaust fan is woren out dryer vent needs cleaning, low water pressure, over all stay 7 out 10  need a TV down stairs for handicap  or can't do stairs. Thks again we made our say work need a chest freezer  for extra storage or to freeze fish or hunts.

Clean. Comfortable beds. Laundry and good bathroom. Had bare minimum of kitchen cookware - but what was there was clean and functional. Two chairs for the dining room table was a surprise. The couch and chair and TV were upstairs. Overall, I would say the place has potential - it is beautifully built. It seems like it’s new and the owners are just starting to fill it with amenities.
