I was so impressed with this Airbnb—from the host’s prompt communication to the ideal location and overall experience. There was so much to do nearby, whether it was walking or running on the bike path, trying excellent local restaurants, spending time at the brewery, or letting the pups run at the dog park. Everything was right around the corner, which made the stay incredibly convenient. It was also very easy to access the highway, which made day trips and little adventures beyond Peacedale-Wakefield simple and stress-free. The space itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was cute, welcoming, and had all the essentials to make settling in easy. One of the best parts was how quiet and friendly the neighborhood felt. I felt comfortable coming and going, and it made the whole stay feel even more relaxing. I highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a peaceful place to unwind, recharge, or spend quality time with family

Excelente alojamiento. La zona en la que se encuentra está muy bonita, tranquila y era muy agradable caminar. La piscina está climatizada y contaba con camastros y mesitas para pasar el rato. Jeremy and staff were AMAZING HOSTS!! Beautiful, Clean and well equipped Place. Quite impressed. Only downside, inconvenience but not bad and handled - was the AC unit in the living room, drained often and split on the floor near the TV. We just used the mop bucket to collect and toss it. The Toilette, often backed up, plunged often. (Did not put anything in the toilette). Nothing serious, that I couldn't deal with and let Jeremy know and Maintenance for the future. But it was GREAT Stay, and I LOVE ...Mactan Newtown and also looking to invest there when the Positano is completed. Jeremy and staff were great at responding within 5 hrs or so.

Great place right on the water. Very walkable to restaurants, coffee shop, and liquor store. All the places the locals recommended were within a few blocks of the house. Great views! Portsmouth is a much better alternative to a Newport. We felt right at home with the friendly locals. We will definitely stay again.

Loved the location it was right in the middle between all the activities we had planned with our little family.  The house is clean and have all the things you need if you decided to cook. Also has a very amazing and relaxing ocean view from the porch and lastly you will definitely enjoy the hot tub . Definitely I recommend Jeremy’s place. Our family loved it 🥰 ohhh I almost forgot Jeremy is always on top when it comes to communication.  😊

My 3 year old and I had so much fun! We felt right at home and the view was amazing. We weren’t a far drive from other places in RI & we even went to New Bedford to check out the whaling museum which was super cool. We enjoyed delicious ice cream at Schultzy’s then walked along the beach. It was very peaceful and much needed ☺️

Absolutely loved this place. The lake house was spotless, beautifully set up, and the views did not disappoint. Host was responsive and easy to work with from start to finish. Everything was exactly what you'd want for a lake getaway. 10/10 would book again.

Great place to stay. Master bed was very comfortable. Mini splits worked great to cool the house off. Good selection of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and ice cream spots nearby. Hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Great location with parking and within walking distance to the beach. Host had very specific instructions which are definitely needed because it can be a bit confusing to find entrance at first. Host quickly responded to questions which was so helpful. Truly enjoyed the stay!

Jeremy was wonderful, his instructions were very clear, they answered any questions I might have had. The house was perfect, clean and really cute. An ever tho it’s in a neighborhood walking distance from town. The street is not noisy or busy, it easy to forget that I was not in a county setting. I would stay again without hesitation.

Jeremy was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating. The unit itself was comfortable, spacious, and a great value, especially with three bedrooms and included parking. While the building the apartment is in could use some improvements, the apartment itself is completely remodeled inside and the location made it well worth it. Overall, a great value and a great host! Also, the giant Uno was fun to play :)

The cabin was in need of maintenance and repairs. Glass in windows was missing, no screens or missing screens. Big cracks in exterior door. So bugs could come and go as they pleased. The maintenance guy fixed some glass in the windows the 2nd day which was better, but the windows still couldn’t be closed. The shelve in the bathroom had some old broken metal parts laying on it. Because of that it wasn’t cleaned and full of dust, dead bugs etc. So no place to put your stuff. No shower head and a very dirty, old shower curtain. The location was very good, it was almost right on the beach. There is a nice sitting area outside and a little splash pool.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and outdoor areas, especially being so close to the beach. We do want to clarify a few of the concerns mentioned. The window itself was not missing glass; rather, it was missing a closing mechanism, which prevented it from shutting properly. As soon as we became aware of this, it was addressed promptly. Regarding cleanliness, we have professional cleaners who complete thorough cleanings before and after every stay. We did not find dust or debris during our pre-stay or post-stay inspection, so it’s possible that some sand or particles were tracked in during your visit, especially given the beachfront setting. We also did not find any metal pieces left behind during our inspection. The exterior door is not cracked; however, we did identify a small tear in the screen, which has since been repaired. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, as it helps us continue to maintain and improve the space for future guests.
