Jeremy's place was perfect for our situation. The town is just cute, quaint, quiet area. Great coffee shop around the corner with a beautiful grassy area and Adirondack chairs to sit in and look out over the water. That was a gem to find!

This place is a fantastic stay for couples looking for a private stay in San Juan. Away from the noise of hotels and resorts, you find a peaceful little apartment, hidden in the midst of San Juan. Excellent responsiveness from Jeremy as well, he has been very helpful with any questions we have had throughout our stay.

Jeremy’s cottage was very nice. Plenty of space and bedrooms. The bathroom was clean and spacious. We felt right at home and very comfortable. All of the Newport attractions and recommend restaurants are a short drive from his cottage. The few times I contacted him he was very prompt in answering questions and was helpful. I would go back to Jeremy’s cabin again and would definitely recommend him. My only regret, that had nothing to do with Jeremy, was that I didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub because of the weather. Oh well maybe next time.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves and being right on the water was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, we could easily walk to great restaurants, grab ice cream, and explore the area without having to drive everywhere. It felt like the perfect beach getaway. We made so many great memories and were sad to leave. We already can't wait to come back next year!

The beds were great!  The neighbor was super good to us! Very limited things/ utensils for a kitchen and there's only two chairs for a dinner table and no outdoor fire pit, and no outdoor patio furniture/ picnic table, it need a grill. But overall for the price it worked just fine. I would stay there in a heartbeat again.

We had a nice stay at this lovely two-bedroom home in Portsmouth. The house was cute, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views that made it a relaxing place to unwind.

This is a cute little cottage. It had everything my family needed and was in a great location- walkable to both the water and local restaurants and a quick drive to Newport. Eni was an enthusiastic communicator and provided great recommendations for our travel itinerary.

We didn't travel very far from home to get to Jeremy's place, but it certainly felt like an escape! Our top criteria for this stay was being on the waterfront with good fishing, and boy did it deliver! My son spent nearly the entire time out on the dock catching bass, pickerel, bluegill and crappie. And for the non-angler (me), it was relaxing just being out by the water watching the wildlife. When we arrived on Sunday night, we were a little worried about the noise level-- there is a house right next door with quite a few boats and jet skis and they were having a party. But things quieted down by the next morning and the week was mostly peaceful. We liked it so much we even ended up extending our stay an extra night, and I expect we'll be back again soon.

My friends and I stayed for a weekend and had a great time! The place was perfect for our needs. The AC is not central so it was hot at times on the first floor but each bedroom had window AC’s which helped. The view from the deck was so beautiful and we spent a lot of time on our deck. The location was perfect and there was a ton for us to do!

My wife and I really enjoyed the cottage, very clean and quiet. We nice to just relax by the lake.  We will be booking this next summer.

I had a great stay! Steps away from the beach and the neighborhood felt safe for me traveling alone. Jeremy was great responding to anything I had questions about within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an awesome place! Waking up on the lake was incredible. There was a family of geese with a gosling that my toddler got to watch first thing in the morning. We checked for the geese every day. We watched boats and jet skis, looked at the birds, walked the neighborhood, and slept super peacefully every night. We definitely appreciated the included bug zappers at night! Nothing bit us, but there were tons of tiny moths and midges that would come in if you opened the door at night. It totally makes sense, being on the lake and all! (My toddler and I had fun looking at the moths anyway). The shower had great pressure and the laundry amenities were easy to use. Jeremy was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Thank you, Jeremy!

Recommend without reservation. Close to Newport, walk to waterfront, restaurants and bars in the water. View from front porch with rocking chairs. Pretty hardwood floors, modernized but left charm! Good value. Host was responsive and helpful. Washer dryer and dishwasher and great speaker for music to get ready for a wedding!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at the Lake House in Coventry and so glad we found this renovated gem on Johnson’s Pond. The home was impeccably clean and very spacious for 2 people. The weather was quite warm, but the bedroom A/C unit and available fans kept us cool enough. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, especially when the sun was setting, watching the watercraft on the pond. The house binder had plenty of local “things to do” for each season. The hosts provided plenty of communication/information. We would love to stay again on our next trip back home!

Hubo un lamentable problema con el agua en toda la casa. Llegamos de un viaje internacional y no pudimos bañarnos ni utilizar los inodoros desde la primer noche a pesar de habernos asegurado que todo estaba en orden y perfectas condiciones. El lugar muy bonito pero la mala experiencia nos causo gastos adiciones, incomodidad, estres y dificultades que no estaban consideradas en nuestro viaje.

Hi Edgar! Just to clarify a few things - there were a few faucets that began to have trouble with water pressure after you had arrived. We immediately sent out our maintenance crew who were able to get everything fixed within a few hours. We provided you with a full refund for your entire stay due to the inconvenience. I am truly saddened that it caused you discomfort and stress but do want to assure future guests that when unexpected maintenance issues come up, although it's rare, we immediately do everything we can to fix them as we have several emergency teams on staff. We also provide refunds to reflect any difficulties that our guests experience, so you do not incur additional expenses.
