The property was as described and the images were accurate. The deck is a great place to get lost with a coffee, cocktail, book or with friends. There are so many places just walking distance, whether a meal, breakfast, lunch or dinner, an ice cream, a drink, a relaxing beach, watch the boats come and go in the harbor, or just hang on the property. There is a small arcade machine in the basement where I played Asteroids for the first time in decades. The kitchen had everything one needs to cook and serve a meal.
The most important question is would I return? The answer is absolutely.

We had a great time at Jeremy's place, the view and location was brilliant and we really enjoyed balcony and hot tub out the back.

This place was just ok. It was fine and we made the best of it. Have certainly stayed at better furnished Airbnbs.
We arrived early and the cleaners were still there, so we went to explore the town. No big deal. We returned at 3:15 and the cleaners were still there. Check in time was 3:00pm. We left again and returned around 4pm.
There is a pull out bed, but Jeremy did not respond with where to find bedding. He was checking on it. The other beds had very worn out pillows. There was no bedding on the beds, just sheets. There were enough throw blankets to get by.
There was only one small pot, not large enough to boil a package of ravioli. Unwashed new bath towels dyed everyone's skin blue for a day!
Most of resources in the guide are no longer in business. We did not use the hot tub, as there were open wires hanging near it. Paint missing or chipping on multiple walls.
There were no board games and had to log in with Google to even access the tv.
Pricey for very few amenities.
