Overall, we had a good stay. The space was exactly as described, very clean, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our trip. The location was convenient, and we appreciated how easy the parking was for our group. We loved walking down to the water and the many bars and restaurants in town. A few things to be aware of: the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, and the stairwell is fairly worn and may feel a bit sketchy at first. However, we never once felt unsafe. There is no central A/C, so the window units struggled to keep the apartment cool during the summer heatwave. Overall, if you're looking for a clean place in a great location with easy parking and responsive hosts, this is a solid option. Just be prepared for the stairs and the older building characteristics.

This was an awesome place! Waking up on the lake was incredible. There was a family of geese with a gosling that my toddler got to watch first thing in the morning. We checked for the geese every day. We watched boats and jet skis, looked at the birds, walked the neighborhood, and slept super peacefully every night. We definitely appreciated the included bug zappers at night! Nothing bit us, but there were tons of tiny moths and midges that would come in if you opened the door at night. It totally makes sense, being on the lake and all! (My toddler and I had fun looking at the moths anyway). The shower had great pressure and the laundry amenities were easy to use. Jeremy was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Thank you, Jeremy!

Jeremy and his team were very responsive and made sure we were accommodated despite the water outage in San Juan. They went the extra mile for sure! My husband and I loved the place and despite the outdated look of the outdoors and main building, we were more than grateful for Jeremy opening his place to us. 100% would book them next time we are in PR!

Recommend without reservation. Close to Newport, walk to waterfront, restaurants and bars in the water. View from front porch with rocking chairs. Pretty hardwood floors, modernized but left charm! Good value. Host was responsive and helpful. Washer dryer and dishwasher and great speaker for music to get ready for a wedding!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at the Lake House in Coventry and so glad we found this renovated gem on Johnson’s Pond. The home was impeccably clean and very spacious for 2 people. The weather was quite warm, but the bedroom A/C unit and available fans kept us cool enough. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, especially when the sun was setting, watching the watercraft on the pond. The house binder had plenty of local “things to do” for each season. The hosts provided plenty of communication/information. We would love to stay again on our next trip back home!

I really enjoyed my week-long stay here during the off-season! The hosts were wonderful — super nice, helpful, and very responsive the whole time. The place was clean and cozy, with everything essential I needed. It was so quiet and peaceful, and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. The beach is literally steps away, so I could walk barefoot right over. My favorite part was taking long walks along the shore whenever I wanted. I want to come back!

I was so impressed with this Airbnb—from the host’s prompt communication to the ideal location and overall experience. There was so much to do nearby, whether it was walking or running on the bike path, trying excellent local restaurants, spending time at the brewery, or letting the pups run at the dog park. Everything was right around the corner, which made the stay incredibly convenient. It was also very easy to access the highway, which made day trips and little adventures beyond Peacedale-Wakefield simple and stress-free. The space itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was cute, welcoming, and had all the essentials to make settling in easy. One of the best parts was how quiet and friendly the neighborhood felt. I felt comfortable coming and going, and it made the whole stay feel even more relaxing. I highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a peaceful place to unwind, recharge, or spend quality time with family

Jeremy and staff were AMAZING HOSTS!! Beautiful, Clean and well equipped Place. Quite impressed. Only downside, inconvenience but not bad and handled - was the AC unit in the living room, drained often and split on the floor near the TV. We just used the mop bucket to collect and toss it. The Toilette, often backed up, plunged often. (Did not put anything in the toilette). Nothing serious, that I couldn't deal with and let Jeremy know and Maintenance for the future. But it was GREAT Stay, and I LOVE ...Mactan Newtown and also looking to invest there when the Positano is completed. Jeremy and staff were great at responding within 5 hrs or so.

Great place right on the water. Very walkable to restaurants, coffee shop, and liquor store. All the places the locals recommended were within a few blocks of the house. Great views! Portsmouth is a much better alternative to a Newport. We felt right at home with the friendly locals. We will definitely stay again.

Loved the location it was right in the middle between all the activities we had planned with our little family.  The house is clean and have all the things you need if you decided to cook. Also has a very amazing and relaxing ocean view from the porch and lastly you will definitely enjoy the hot tub . Definitely I recommend Jeremy’s place. Negative: Viel zu hoher Preis für eine extrem schlechte Unterkunft. Die schlechteste auf unserer Reise durch Panama. Beim Anmachen der Klimaanlage roch es nach verdorbenem Fleisch. Der Grund dafür war ein verroteter Gecko, der in der Klimaanlage steckte . Sehr dürftige, alte Einrichtung, furchtbare durchgelegene Matratzen.und Unsauberkeit. Ich habe erstmal die Krabbeltiere an den Kanten des Fußbodens entfernt. Am Waschbecken und der Arbeitsplatte gabs Mini- Ameisen.
Am Bettgestell befindliche Applikationen waren teilweise abgebrochen/abgedreht und dadurch scharfkantig. Elektrik teilweise lebensgefährlich.
Die Fotos von Mini- Pool und auch der Unterkunft sind durch einen Filter geschönt.
Uns hat der Aufenthalt nicht gefallen. 76 61

Abbiamo scelto questo alloggio soprattutto per la posizione e il contesto, che sono effettivamente i suoi punti di forza. La vicinanza al mare è piacevole, il giardino comune è ben tenuto e la piscina, sebbene decisamente più piccola di quanto sembri nelle foto, era pulita. Purtroppo, però, l'alloggio in sé non è stato all'altezza delle aspettative. La casa appare molto trascurata, con una pulizia insufficiente e una dotazione scarsa. Molti elementi mostrano evidenti segni di decadimento che danno l'impressione che da tempo non venga fatta una manutenzione adeguata. I materassi, in particolare, erano estremamente usurati e scomodi, tanto da compromettere la qualità del riposo. L'host è sempre stato cortese e ha risposto rapidamente ai nostri messaggi, ma abbiamo avuto la sensazione che non conosca realmente lo stato attuale dell'alloggio. L'impressione è che la casa non venga controllata di persona da tempo e che necessiti di un intervento generale di manutenzione e pulizia

Thank you for your feedback. We were pleased that you enjoyed the location, gardens, and pool, as these are features many of our guests appreciate. We were, however, surprised by many of the concerns raised after your stay. Throughout your visit we remained available nearly around the clock, responded promptly to every message, and even purchased and delivered additional items that were not included in our listing in an effort to accommodate your requests. Despite our efforts, new complaints continued to arise, and no opportunity was given to address many of the issues before they were included in this review. We regularly inspect and maintain our property, and both the guests immediately before and after your stay reported positive experiences with no similar concerns. Unfortunately, your stay also resulted in documented property damage and missing supplies, which required us to file a claim through Airbnb. We always strive to provide a great experience for every guest and encourage concerns to be shared during a stay so we have the opportunity to resolve them. For future guests, I encourage you to read the reviews that other hosts have left this guest.
