A great spot to stay for the Ironman!
Right on the finish line, and within 5 minutes walk of transition and the expo, as well as 10 minutes walk of the swim start. A great place for any athlete to stay!

On the 2nd day of our stay (Saturday), the toilet began giving issues and wouldn't flush properly. Aware of plumbing in the Philippines, no tissue was tossed directly in the toilet however the toilet kept clogging, water kept filling and unfortunately no one was able to come fix the issue until the day prior to checkout!! We were told the maintenance guy would come by that night, then I had to follow up requesting a time and no time was provided then they said he wasn't able to come by same day. They apologized for the inconvenience and stated they'd provide me with a time he could come by on Sunday. On Sunday, late in the afternoon I had to reach out to ask for an update. A couple hours later they stated his availability is limited but he can come on Monday. They also ignored my message asking where the additional trash bags were and just liked the message. Unfortunately communication made this stay not a 5star, with 4 co-hosts I expected more.

Jeremy and staff were AMAZING HOSTS!! Beautiful, Clean and well equipped Place. Quite impressed.
Only downside, inconvenience but not bad and handled - was the AC unit in the living room, drained often and split on the floor near the TV. We just used the mop bucket to collect and toss it. The Toilette, often backed up, plunged often. (Did not put anything in the toilette).
Nothing serious, that I couldn't deal with and let Jeremy know and Maintenance for the future.
But it was GREAT Stay, and I LOVE ...Mactan Newtown and also looking to invest there when the Positano is completed. Jeremy and staff were great at responding within 5 hrs or so.
