A few things to be aware of: the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, and the stairwell is fairly worn and may feel a bit sketchy at first. However, we never once felt unsafe. There is no central A/C, so the window units struggled to keep the apartment cool during the summer heatwave.
Overall, if you're looking for a clean place in a great location with easy parking and responsive hosts, this is a solid option. Just be prepared for the stairs and the older building characteristics.
