Jeremy's place was perfect for our situation. The town is just cute, quaint, quiet area. Great coffee shop around the corner with a beautiful grassy area and Adirondack chairs to sit in and look out over the water. That was a gem to find!

This place is a fantastic stay for couples looking for a private stay in San Juan. Away from the noise of hotels and resorts, you find a peaceful little apartment, hidden in the midst of San Juan. Excellent responsiveness from Jeremy as well, he has been very helpful with any questions we have had throughout our stay.

Jeremy’s cottage was very nice. Plenty of space and bedrooms. The bathroom was clean and spacious. We felt right at home and very comfortable. All of the Newport attractions and recommend restaurants are a short drive from his cottage. The few times I contacted him he was very prompt in answering questions and was helpful. I would go back to Jeremy’s cabin again and would definitely recommend him. My only regret, that had nothing to do with Jeremy, was that I didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub because of the weather. Oh well maybe next time.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves and being right on the water was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, we could easily walk to great restaurants, grab ice cream, and explore the area without having to drive everywhere. It felt like the perfect beach getaway. The beds were great!  The neighbor was super good to us! Very limited things/ utensils for a kitchen and there's only two chairs for a dinner table and no outdoor fire pit, and no outdoor patio furniture/ picnic table, it need a grill. But overall for the price it worked just fine. I would stay there in a heartbeat again.

We had a nice stay at this lovely two-bedroom home in Portsmouth. The house was cute, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views that made it a relaxing place to unwind.

This is a cute little cottage. It had everything my family needed and was in a great location- walkable to both the water and local restaurants and a quick drive to Newport. Eni was an enthusiastic communicator and provided great recommendations for our travel itinerary.

We didn't travel very far from home to get to Jeremy's place, but it certainly felt like an escape! Our top criteria for this stay was being on the waterfront with good fishing, and boy did it deliver! My son spent nearly the entire time out on the dock catching bass, pickerel, bluegill and crappie. And for the non-angler (me), it was relaxing just being out by the water watching the wildlife. When we arrived on Sunday night, we were a little worried about the noise level-- there is a house right next door with quite a few boats and jet skis and they were having a party. But things quieted down by the next morning and the week was mostly peaceful. We liked it so much we even ended up extending our stay an extra night, and I expect we'll be back again soon.

My friends and I stayed for a weekend and had a great time! The place was perfect for our needs. The AC is not central so it was hot at times on the first floor but each bedroom had window AC’s which helped. The view from the deck was so beautiful and we spent a lot of time on our deck. This was an awesome place! Waking up on the lake was incredible. There was a family of geese with a gosling that my toddler got to watch first thing in the morning. We checked for the geese every day. We watched boats and jet skis, looked at the birds, walked the neighborhood, and slept super peacefully every night. We definitely appreciated the included bug zappers at night! Nothing bit us, but there were tons of tiny moths and midges that would come in if you opened the door at night. It totally makes sense, being on the lake and all! (My toddler and I had fun looking at the moths anyway). The shower had great pressure and the laundry amenities were easy to use. Jeremy was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Thank you, Jeremy!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at the Lake House in Coventry and so glad we found this renovated gem on Johnson’s Pond. The home was impeccably clean and very spacious for 2 people. The weather was quite warm, but the bedroom A/C unit and available fans kept us cool enough. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, especially when the sun was setting, watching the watercraft on the pond. The house binder had plenty of local “things to do” for each season. The hosts provided plenty of communication/information. We would love to stay again on our next trip back home!

I really enjoyed my week-long stay here during the off-season! The hosts were wonderful — super nice, helpful, and very responsive the whole time. The place was clean and cozy, with everything essential I needed. It was so quiet and peaceful, and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. The house is clean, comfortable, and sleeps 7. There's a master bedroom with a queen, a pullout queen (or full) couch, and three twins upstairs. It's small and comfortable. While the amenities are fantastic, a Keurig, Tea pot, toaster, toaster oven, electric stove, etc., there are no basics there. No coffee, tea, condiments, etc. Also, there seems to be a shortage of forks. We purchased paper plates (because we are lazy), and all the basic necessities, but got ground coffee instead of k-cups. Regardless, if you come prepared, this is a great place to stay.

My family of 5 stayed here for the weekend, we were gone most of the time for a sporting event, the house is small but was well maintained and worked just fine for us. The price was good and it met our needs!

The check in part was easy. The pictures are definitely misleading. They’re far nicer than the place looks in real life. I truly question whether the place was cleaned in between guests. When we arrived, the home smelled like a pet had been there and it was so strong, we had to open the windows to air it out even though it was 40 degrees and raining. There was white pet hair on the floor, carpets and couches. The sheets were dirty. I found someone’s false eyelashes on the comforter and there was hair in the shower. The very first thing I did when we arrived was wash all the sheets myself. The bed was so uncomfortable that we had to buy our own pillows and an air mattress because our backs and necks hurt too bad to attempt a second night on the bed. There wasn’t a baby gate our children couldn’t sleep up stairs because it wasn’t safe. There were dirty cups in the cabinet. Lastly, the washer had mold on the inside and leaked the water onto the bathroom floor. Eni was very responsive.

Hi Tara! I was honestly shocked by this review! We haven't had other guests mention that they felt the photos were drastically different. The house was definitely cleaned in between guests! Our cleaning team is amazing. They send us plenty of photos and videos between each clean and one of our property managers will do walkthroughs to make sure it's in perfect shape. We re-checked the photos and videos after seeing your review, and I don't see any of the concerns you mentioned (dirty sheets, pet hair, hair in the shower and eyelashes). When we did our walkthrough prior to your check in, we did not smell any kind of pet small, and we had multiple members of the team there! Each person definitely has a different taste in mattresses, but I'm still surprised to hear it was so uncomfortable that you purchased an air mattress and pillows. We have never heard of that happening! We did send a technician to check on the washer and they did not find mold and did not find any leak. It's possible that if you were doing an unusually large load of laundry it may cause the washer to leak. However, as of right now, the washer is in perfect condition. We do not provide baby gates, but just as a heads up, if you're looking for that to be provided in your airbnb, it may be helpful to check out the listing details or reach out to the host. We would have been happy to provide you with a baby gate if you had let us know prior or during your stay. I'm glad to hear that you felt we were responsive! In the future if you choose to stay with us again, please reach out immediately if you have any concerns or think anything could be improved! We did not hear from you during your stay (besides you letting us know you were on the way) so we did not know you were having such a difficult time! We do everything we can to ensure our guests have a comfortable and awesome stay and would have dealt with these issues immediately. I'm sad that you did not feel comfortable letting us know of any of these concerns during your stay as we did not have a chance to rectify them. You're welcome back anytime!

Eni was FANTASTIC at responding. I was there with my fiancé during the historical blizzard. All-in-all it was a good stay despite 41 inches of snow lol! Read the description carefully before booking. The pictures of the home are a little deceiving but it definitely did the job. You can tell that they have been remodeling and making the house nicer. The house had basically anything and everything you needed. There is a washer and dryer which was extremely nice. The stairs are very narrow and steep - if you bring pets or children, bringing a gate would be helpful. One of the beds upstairs is a roll-a-way bed. Bringing your own pillows would be beneficial. The bathroom in the back was recently renovated but there was no heat so the floor was extremely cold. Thankfully there was a portable heater that we put back there.

We had a nice stay. Seems like it was very recently renovated and maybe some things were still being worked out.  Host very responsive when there was no corkscrew or wash clothes.  She had them delivered.   If you like firm mattresses, this is what they have here.  Very firm. Overall ok, but they need to think through some functionality items.  Location is wonderful!
