My family and I loved this place. It was the perfect size and location. Eni gave me very clear instructions for check in and we had zero issues. They were also very helpful and responsive when we had a WiFi issue. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Portsmouth or Newport!

airbnb

Great, clean, place with a beautiful waterfront view. Good amenities for the Airbnb especially given it’s size. Clear instructions from the host. Recommend this place for anyone staying in RI

Perfect little spot in a perfect location! Very clean and easy to communicate with owners. Would love to come back!

Shannon

Our 1st time in Rhode Island and this little Lake house was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed. Close to everything we wanted to do and see. Beautiful mornings having coffee on the lake deck ❤️

Melissa

I was rarely in the Airbnb however I found it to be great

Julie

Un excelente lugar, muy seguro y tranquilo, definitivamente regresaría!

Julieta

Beautiful spot, good people no issues highly recommend

Nicholas

The property was as described and the images were accurate. The deck is a great place to get lost with a coffee, cocktail, book or with friends. There are so many places just walking distance, whether a meal, breakfast, lunch or dinner, an ice cream, a drink, a relaxing beach, watch the boats come and go in the harbor, or just hang on the property. There is a small arcade machine in the basement where I played Asteroids for the first time in decades. The kitchen had everything one needs to cook and serve a meal. The most important question is would I return? The answer is absolutely.

Michael

Jeremy's place was perfect for our situation. The town is just cute, quaint, quiet area. Great coffee shop around the corner with a beautiful grassy area and Adirondack chairs to sit in and look out over the water. That was a gem to find!

Leigh

We have enjoyed our stay greatly, the house was very clean, settled neat the bay with beautiful sunsets views - comfortable and easy to check in and out. We will be surely staying in again.

Paola Andrea

We had a great stay! The location was nice, walkable, and close to everything we wanted to do. It was a great spot for our family, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Lisa

Very clean and lovely house! Really nice location with a great lake to swim in! Perfect location for a few days stay and very responsive helpful host.

Hannah

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was very cute, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and plenty of activities, which made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again!

Wonderful location, peaceful and quiet. We had such a great stay at Eni’s place. I would absolutely recommend and stay again myself if I’m ever in the area. Eni also has the most extensive Airbnb recommendation booklet that I have ever seen.

We had a great time at Jeremy's place, the view and location was brilliant and we really enjoyed balcony and hot tub out the back.

Davide

Great location for us as a home base while we were fishing. Kitchen needs a few essentials. Bare concrete floors, bring warm socks!!! Overall a great place and the neighbors are 💯.

Valari

El lugar es muy amplio y muy cómodo, excelente espacio.

Martha

Jeremy and his co-hosts were polite and helpful - and this listing was very cozy and cute. We enjoyed it a lot and hope to stay again!

Mark

This place is a fantastic stay for couples looking for a private stay in San Juan. Away from the noise of hotels and resorts, you find a peaceful little apartment, hidden in the midst of San Juan. Excellent responsiveness from Jeremy as well, he has been very helpful with any questions we have had throughout our stay.

Giovanni

Nice place that worked well for 3 of us fishing for the week. Clean, comfortable beds, and the host was very communicative. The kitchen didn't have many things to effectively cook, but it seems newer and only has 2 chairs so that was a bit inconvenient but other than that no complaints.

Jeremy’s cottage was very nice. Plenty of space and bedrooms. The bathroom was clean and spacious. We felt right at home and very comfortable. All of the Newport attractions and recommend restaurants are a short drive from his cottage. The few times I contacted him he was very prompt in answering questions and was helpful. I would go back to Jeremy’s cabin again and would definitely recommend him. My only regret, that had nothing to do with Jeremy, was that I didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub because of the weather. Oh well maybe next time.

Rosemarie

We absolutely loved our stay here! Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves and being right on the water was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, we could easily walk to great restaurants, grab ice cream, and explore the area without having to drive everywhere. It felt like the perfect beach getaway. We made so many great memories and were sad to leave. We already can't wait to come back next year!

Sara

The beds were great! The neighbor was super good to us! Very limited things/ utensils for a kitchen and there's only two chairs for a dinner table and no outdoor fire pit, and no outdoor patio furniture/ picnic table, it need a grill. But overall for the price it worked just fine. I would stay there in a heartbeat again.

Steven

Lovely lake cottage with private dock. Enjoyed our stay in this quiet and cozy area.

Kate

What a beautiful place to stay and recharge. The house was comfortable and the hot tub was a treat! Amazing views while having a soak!

Nice, comfortable stay for five people. Close to some good restaurants and beaches. Would definitely stay again!

Adam

The house was great! Very cute area and peaceful by the water

We had a nice stay at this lovely two-bedroom home in Portsmouth. The house was cute, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views that made it a relaxing place to unwind.

This is a cute little cottage. It had everything my family needed and was in a great location- walkable to both the water and local restaurants and a quick drive to Newport. Eni was an enthusiastic communicator and provided great recommendations for our travel itinerary.

Laura

We didn't travel very far from home to get to Jeremy's place, but it certainly felt like an escape! Our top criteria for this stay was being on the waterfront with good fishing, and boy did it deliver! My son spent nearly the entire time out on the dock catching bass, pickerel, bluegill and crappie. And for the non-angler (me), it was relaxing just being out by the water watching the wildlife. When we arrived on Sunday night, we were a little worried about the noise level-- there is a house right next door with quite a few boats and jet skis and they were having a party. But things quieted down by the next morning and the week was mostly peaceful. We liked it so much we even ended up extending our stay an extra night, and I expect we'll be back again soon.

Marisa

My friends and I stayed for a weekend and had a great time! The place was perfect for our needs. The AC is not central so it was hot at times on the first floor but each bedroom had window AC’s which helped. The view from the deck was so beautiful and we spent a lot of time on our deck. The location was perfect and there was a ton for us to do!

Christina

The location is perfect, just feet from the water!!!

Carol Ann

Clean and comfortable lodging. Had all the essentials. Quiet and close to store, coffee shop, restaurants, local brewery. Would stay again next time we are in the area.

Hi Deb! Thank you for your review! You were a pleasure to host and I hope you come back soon!

Eni's AirBnb was exactly as describe. Great price for the location. Pictures are as describe. no issues

Ryanna

Hi Ryanna! Thank you so much for your review. You were an awesome guest and I'm so glad you enjoyed the house.

Nice place. Locks are very difficult! Turn to the left twice until open. Other than that nice location very nice spot

Rubin

My wife and I really enjoyed the cottage, very clean and quiet. We nice to just relax by the lake. We will be booking this next summer.

This was an awesome place! Waking up on the lake was incredible. There was a family of geese with a gosling that my toddler got to watch first thing in the morning. We checked for the geese every day. We watched boats and jet skis, looked at the birds, walked the neighborhood, and slept super peacefully every night. We definitely appreciated the included bug zappers at night! Nothing bit us, but there were tons of tiny moths and midges that would come in if you opened the door at night. It totally makes sense, being on the lake and all! (My toddler and I had fun looking at the moths anyway). The shower had great pressure and the laundry amenities were easy to use. Jeremy was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Thank you, Jeremy!

Tyler

Thank you so much for your review Tyler! You and your family were amazing guests and I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. The lake is a special place!

It was a beautiful home over looking the water. Couldn’t ask for better view. There was also pamphlets of some excellent local restaurants most in walking distance. I would definitely stay there again

Parker

Thanks for your review Parker! It was a pleasure to host you. We agree about the view, it's gorgeous! I'm glad the pamphlets were helpful (:

A lovely stay for our family of 3 and our dog! The property is just a short walk or drive to the super cute Main St of Wakefield. Jeremy was a fantastic communicator and his property was just as described. We look forward to another visit!

Positive: The location was great, the house was clean and spacious.
Negative: We couldn't believe for the money we paid that there wasn't a mattress protector on the mattress, we had no trashbags and we ran out of toilet paper half way through our weekend.

booking

Daisy & Connor

amazing place to stay, quiet area and friendly neighbors as well. the only thing I wish they had was more pans. I went to make pancakes and there were only pots, other than that would recommend to a friend

Emily

Honestly would definitely go back. Very cozy and clean environment. Close yet far. Felt perfect

Ariana

Hi Ariana! So glad you enjoyed your stay! Feel free to shoot me a quick message on anything you think that could be improved. I'd love to know why your stay was a 4 star. Hope you had a safe trip home!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at the Lake House in Coventry and so glad we found this renovated gem on Johnson’s Pond. The home was impeccably clean and very spacious for 2 people. The weather was quite warm, but the bedroom A/C unit and available fans kept us cool enough. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, especially when the sun was setting, watching the watercraft on the pond. The house binder had plenty of local “things to do” for each season. The hosts provided plenty of communication/information. We would love to stay again on our next trip back home!

Tricia

This lake house is right on the lake...no more than 3 feet between the back of the house and the water. It gives a feeling of being on the water when inside. The place is kept very clean and has all the necessary supplies. Being the next to last house on the street there is a feeling of privacy in spite of all the houses along the street. It is important to note that the bed is a full, not a queen. We did not check out the pullout bed but the sofa and the love seat would likely make adequate sleeping space for kids. We were there just before Memorial Day so though we had couple of hot days it was difficult to judge whether the bedroom window a/c is adequate for the whole house. There is generally a breeze off the water but I wouldn't want to count on that during a heat wave. Overall I would say that you can rent this lake house with confidence that it will be clean, comfortable and allow unobstructed access to the water.

Robert Sherman

Absolutely beautiful place with stunning lake views! It was super clean, and had everything we needed for a peaceful, stress-free vacation. Would love to visit again in the summer!

Catherine Dellagrotta

It was a great weekend get away place. The bed is super soft so if you’re a firm bed person be ready. Otherwise everything else was perfect! I would stay again

Great Place. Privateand quiet and still close to everything. Will visit again

Absolutely loved this place. The lake house was spotless, beautifully set up, and the views did not disappoint. Host was responsive and easy to work with from start to finish. Everything was exactly what you'd want for a lake getaway. 10/10 would book again.

Beautiful home! This house was right on the water and the views were amazing even though it was rainy and foggy while I was there. Honestly, this was one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I have seen on the inside. The outside had some broken planters and someone left messes from a dog in the yard. The only issue I really had was the radiant heat in the living room was broken and I wasn’t able to turn it off so it was extremely hot when I arrived. I did let Jeremy know immediately when I arrived on Wednesday. Finally on Saturday the maintenance guy came to disconnect after I contacted Jeremy again. Overall, I had a great experience at Jeremy’s Airbnb and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for peace and quiet and a clean place to stay!
